Yes, we allow exchanges up to 5 days after your package has been delivered, and if we have the size you want in stock. The buyer is responsible for all exchange delivery fees that will be incurred.
CREDIT CARD payments can be made through the website with any Visa or Mastercard credit card. We use Paypal to ensure your credit card information safety.
BANK DEPOSITS/TRANSFERS can also be made via BDO and BPI. Once an order is made, bank details & instructions will be shown on the order confirmation page.

We ship our Metro Manila packages through our own in-house delivery team or express services. A Metro Manila package should be received within 48 hours after payment.
For provincial deliveries, we only use LBC Express and JRS Express. Deliveries bound for Luzon take 5 business days, and deliveries bound for Visayas or Mindanao take 10 business days.
You will be notified for options through email, if we cannot meet the set delivery lead time.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your package gets lost, we will shoulder the liability and send you a new package or a refund.
Our standard lead time for lost shipments is 10 business days. If a shipment does not get resolved within 10 business days after the day of the shipment, we will send you a new package.
Yes, we can do same day shipping only in Metro Manila through Grab Express or Lalamove. Just send us an email or message us on Instagram iif you want this arranged.
